11. Candidate Code Of Conduct

Related to training

• You are expected to attend all the classes regularly with 95% attendance.
• Only 10 minutes’ buffer time is given from the scheduled class time to join the class. Post to that trainer may mark you as absent even if you attend the class.
• You should ensure completing the assignments on time given by the trainer.
• You should not miss the assessments conducted at any cost.
• You can approach faculty any point of time in case of any query related to the training programme or query on subjects.
• While working on live projects, you are expected to work at Appteknow Careers institute or any space created by Appteknow Careers.
• You are punishable if any misbehaviour occurs during the programme.
• In case of leave required on emergency you should send a leave request as in advance as possible through the process informed to you by admins.
• Appteknow Careers shall reserve the right to suspend all the services, if in case you are damaging the brand name of Appteknow Careers or damaging the assets of Appteknow Careers or creating nuisance while under the training program without any fee refund.
• The assets of the company like Chair, Laptop, Desktop. Phones or Tablets, infra of the institute are also the student responsibility while they are utilizing the mentioned assets.
• Appteknow Careers expect from students to use their own laptop for better work and understanding the work done by students after going home from Appteknow Careers.
• All the study materials including class videos are the property of Appteknow Careers

Careers. Sharing of this content to others will attract legal actions on you.
• Drop out Condition:
As you have paid only partial fee as agreed and balance fee to be paid after the placement, if you drop from the services within 8 months would yield losses to organisation. Hence, you should pay 75% of the balance fee to opt out from the services and get the course certificate.

Eligibility for placements

  • Minimum 95% attendance is mandatory.
    •     You should have attended all the assessments conducted.
    • There should not be any balance fee.

Placement Process:

  1. Initial Steps:

   – Consult with our HR team immediately after registration to update your details in our Placement Tracker.

  1. Eligibility:

   – Only candidates who have completed at least two months of training are eligible for the placement process.

  1. Stay Informed:

   – Keep track of all placement communications shared through the designated WhatsApp group or the Appteknow Career App.

  1. Job Applications:

   – Openings sourced by our placement team will be shared via WhatsApp. You must apply for positions you find suitable. You must be ready to join the companies across India and apply to companies which you can join.

  1. Interview Attendance:

   – It is mandatory to attend every interview you have applied for. Absence is only excused for medical emergencies. Missing interviews without valid reasons may lead to suspension from our services.

  1. Reporting and Updates:

   – Inform the placement coordinator about your interview progress, including:

     – Clearing of interview rounds

     – Receiving communication from the company

     – Document submissions

     – Offer letter receipt

  1. Direct Communication:

   – You are not authorized to contact any company directly regarding interview schedules or placement processes.

  1. Interview Feedback:

   – Share any interview questions you encountered with our placement team to help build a comprehensive question bank.

  1. Offer Acceptance:
    – Once you receive an offer letter, it cannot be rejected.
  2. Ongoing Support:

    – We will continue to arrange interviews until you secure a job through us.

  1. Offer Documentation:

    – Upon receiving an offer letter, share a copy with the placement coordinator immediately.


Reviews and Recommendations:

  1. Reviews:

   – You are required to provide a written review for our services on online platforms upon request. Additionally, you may be asked to provide a video testimonial, which may be used for promotional purposes.

  1. Recommendations:

   – If satisfied with our services, you are encouraged to recommend us to your contacts and promote our offerings.
